How Can We Help?

We start by listening to you. We take your details, assess your problem and let you know if we can help you. Your first appointment is absolutely FREE

Once we have established that we can help you, only then do you have to pay for any further work that we do for you. After taking your details we start to find answers to your problem. We give you a ring once we have the answer to discuss our findings with you. In addition we supply you with a written Advice Report which we can either email or post to you. The Report will be a comprehensive coverage of all of the aspects of your problem

Your enquiry is dealt with by a trained adviser and we aim to provide you with advice within 3 working days of receiving your instructions. We will also draft letters and help you with simple documents if you wish, as part of the service

If your problem is beyond our expertise then we will say so immediately and direct you to an organisation which can help you

We do not deal with criminal cases or complicated legal matters. In those situations we recommend that you contact a solicitor for advice

Email us to make an appointment or leave a message on our answering service. We will call you back at your convenience so that we can start working with you to solve your problem

Is Our Service Free?

No, while we don’t charge for your first appointment we do charge £30 an hour for any work that we do after that. We always refer back to you if we think the problem is going to take longer than an hour to answer. Therefore, you stay in charge of how much you spend

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card, debit card or cheque using one of the following methods:

Via the Web: If you contact us via the web, just click on the "Buy Appointment" button and follow the procedure. We pass you to PayPal for the payment to be made. Your payment will be acknowledged immediately and we will contact you

Other: You can pay by cheque if you prefer but the cheque will need to clear before we can commence work for you (4-10 days). Cheques should be made payable to "The Advice Agency" and sent to the address below

What about confidentiality?

Your details are not shared with any other organisations without your written consent. If we have to write to or ring an organisation on your behalf we ask your permission first. Our service is professional and confidential. If you are facing a problem and need our help or advice please contact us
